For the first half of this episode, it looks as though Toadie has been turned into a reluctant villain, forcing his friends to sell their businesses...until we're told that all he's actually doing is making them an offer and we wonder what all the fuss is about.Sonya makes a surprisingly quick turnaround while Lucas does a nice job of inadvertently stroking Toadie's guilty conscience.
Aside from some cute but inconsequential stuff with Sonya and Callum, the other plot line involves Tasha's dithering over contacting her aunt, with Chris making an excellent foil. The scene of her recording repeated test messages on what to say to her and rejecting all of them is rather sweet.
