After watching this episode of UB, I noticed that this wine company is extremely successful and sought after, yet they're probably the stingiest company I have ever seen on this show. They take away employee benefits, they don't show their employees appreciation, and when it came time to give the employees that were featured in the show some money, they give pennies compared to other companies on this show. I can't believe that a company this large and successful would be so unwilling to give enough money to actually pay the things off that they gave the money to them for in the show. The Owner/CEO should be ashamed of themselves.
