Professor Travers rambled deliriously about a growing menace. That seems to be linked with the Great Intelligence plans.
Finally the plot takes shape. It might have been better if the Doctor and Padmasambhava met earlier in the story. Instead there was a lot of plodding around as the main characters get put in cells repeatedly.
Once again the animation is the saving grace of the episode.
