Maybe the film should have been "Planet of the Raccoons"!

I found this documentary about raccoons very interesting and I was surprised how much I learned about them. They are, according to this film, amazingly intelligent and very, very adaptive. The most interesting part is that they actually do BETTER in big cities than in the country and that they are HUGELY successful in Toronto! And, there are probably a lot more of them now than in the past. Who would have thought that?! However, there are so many more interesting facts in this one--so it's not just nice film of cute animals. By the end of the documentary, the scientists being interviewed seemed to think because of their adaptability and intelligence that they might almost one day rule the world...not them *$&# dirty apes! Well worth seeing and fascinating throughout.
