This was mostly an average episode of "Regular Show".
It wasn't so bad as "The Best Burger in the World" or so boring as "Muscle Mentor", but definitely something is missing here.
Maybe it is just me, but most of the episodes from the third season, starting with "Big Winner" lacked of the quality of the episodes from the two previous seasons. (The only exception was "Access Denied" which was actually a pretty good episode) Also, I think that the "third world country" comment was a bit rude and unnecessary. I expect that kind of thing from "Family Guy", not from "Regular Show". Anyway, that is not the reason why I gave this chapter only six stars, he truth is that the episode itself isn't very funny or interesting, it was just okay.
The cart character could have been a bit more likable, I guess.
