Dr Rhys on top form
studioAT14 July 2023
Warning: Spoilers
The Callum and Kyle subplot is made marginally better by the involvement now of Susan, but ultimately is just a classic 'Neighbours' filler comedy plot line.

Rhys is still being a naughty boy, and good old Karl is on his tale. Ultimately Rhys still gets his wish, but this plotline has at least shown Karl in a different light.

Kate doesn't work for me as a character at times, but she's good value when used here.

It's just so good to see old episodes like this again, and as ever I must thank the folks at Amazon Freevee for the chance to be able to once again as we wait for the new episodes to drop.

Not long to wait now.

"Do you think that ruining people's lives is some sort of a game?"

Warning: Spoilers
Rhys continues to plot and scheme. It's a nice touch that Karl's insight into Rhys' personal life doesn't change his opinion of him(at least, not that much)but a shame that Rhys seems to come out on top anyway. It's an even bigger shame that Rhys is allowed to lord it over Kate the way he does, especially since it almost feels like we're meant to agree with him.

Susan watching over Callum isn't as irritating as it might have been and it's only a surprise that she doesn't know chapter and verse about his and Kyle's arrangement already. Is Kyle's extra customers really worth Callum's continued extortion?
