Overall this is a much better episode than the first, tension actually carries weight, the dialogue gets better excluding Nathanael who is still a dumb jock with nothing to add to the story.
The cinematography takes a turn for the better becoming much more impressive. The writing is still incredibly unrealistic and down right impossible, such as their uncle allowing his grandson and daughter to play with spirits even if he is connected to them himself.
Not to mention the fact that hey themselves are still interested in playing with spirits after they where attacked twice, nearly dyeing both times. Whilst the acting is still terrible at many points but has significantly improved especially from Idan Aedan and Chen Yixin, (Tyar and Ling respectivley).
