Just Baddddd!!!!!! Hood Bulls..t. One of the worst put together movies ever. Think I lost IQ points watching this supposedly movie.

The film first introduces us to Marcus (Jay Davis/writer/director ) who is the worst undercover cop in Chicago if not the world. Kevin "Insane" Payne is a top cop in a different precinct who needs to leave the precinct after an incident until things cool off. The "odd couple" are forced together as partners.
The film was an action-comedy designed to be bad in places and simply bad in places by accident. The acting was bad. They had the worst shoot-out scenes since POLICE STORY. The sound was choppy, a bad aspect not by design. I admit there were a number of scenes I had to laugh at (mostly the by design ones). I liked the banter, the dialogue and the individual scenes. As a film with a cohesive plot, we will mark that as a "needs improvement" area. Adam Zastrow who played Spoon, I thought managed to float, in the sea of bad acting. For those who like urban films but can't take them seriously, check it out.
