A good reflection on how grief is
Irishchatter12 October 2014
Warning: Spoilers
The movie starts with James grieving for the loss of his brother, the funeral scene was really well done but sad at the same time. However when you move along with the film, you get to know the homophobic folk that attended the funeral. Then suddenly James twin brother's ex boyfriend Adam comes to the rescue in a very brave way. I didn't like the way James took these guys side in the first place but thankfully Adam dragged into the good side of being gay. Adam had the good personality in him when he was trying to cheer up James grief of his brother regardless of being a dipstick but anyway! At the end of the film, James damages Sam's car window and you have the enlightenment touch like a message saying its OK to be gay. Such an inspiring film to lighten up your heart :)

about grief
Kirpianuscus2 July 2019
The cinematography is the good thing. Maybe, the best. The second- the good intentions of director. And the try to propose a nice pledge for be different. It is a beautiful film about grief and discover new way to see the loss but it is beautiful against not brilliant performances and , maybe, forced dialogue. Its great virtue - it is the exact expected film for its public for who it is not good or bad but profound useful, like a sort of cure. And, in my case, that is the only significant thing.

Bad acting, even worse script
bosoxrudy10 September 2016
The short starts at the funeral of a young man. Amongst those in attendance are the deceased's twin brother and ex-boyfriend. The ex-boyfriend is a narcissistic, selfish little prick, whose idea of "being liberated" is throwing trash wherever he feels like it and destroying other people's property just for fun. Oh, how empowering. And believe it or not, this selfish little prick is the "good guy" in this feature. The short is based on a simply awful premise, fleshed out in a very poorly written script, and brought to life by a couple of rank amateur actors. This short is as bad as bad gets. You'll want to sue the director for the 14 minutes of your life you'll never get back. Do NOT waste your time!
