The team finds itself dealing with a hostage situation in a big bank in The Hague. Hickman is in the bank as a group of six people, who are terrorists rather than robbers, come in. We are led around for a while, trying to figure out what is going on. I won't spoil anything, but suffice it to say, there are human beings with human failings involved. Hickman's perceptiveness and his ability to read human nature come in handy. This is is good episode that presents some implications for the future. Louis and his wife are a constant cloud in this thing following the explosion that killed their child. Louis is so closed up that he seems almost to be destroying any chance of reconciliation.
