Watched black justice web series on their website after seeing their press conference video on WhatsApp. Must say the makers have profoundly highlighted the pathetic state of Indian judiciary and the mental & financial harassment common people have to go through due to the judiciary rotten & insensitive procedures. Few solutions have been also discussed. May the top fraternity of Indian judiciary think and do whatever it takes to make judicial process & procedure more common people friendly where correct justice is delivered within reasonable time and cost. This series depicts how India's whole judiciary needs to be re-engineered in every aspect.
Be its procedural aspects, be it the time taken to solve a case, be it vast differences in decisions taken by two different judges on the same case by different high courts, or gender-biased matrimonial laws.
This series enlightens how the whole profession related to justice (i.e. Judges, advocates, and police) play an important role in every citizen's life.
It also shows what amount of recklessness creates multitudes of problems which is not healthy for a society.
It carries a social message about why the judiciary needs to work at its best in every country so that every citizen can live peacefully owing to their faith in justice.
It also proves that delayed justice doesn't work always. It takes the view of "Justice delayed is Justice Denied"

The series tries to show dark reality of our justice system and at the same time proposes some solutions that can drastically improve current situations.
I think all judges and legal administries should heed to these suggestions.
Justice is only dream for some people in India as the cases unnecessarily drags for lifetime and very few can afford exorbitant costs of lawyers. There are many inefficiencies in Indian judicial system which can be easily solved by technology. Also nepotism in judiciary must end if we want to bring any change in this system. We need more young and capable judges who can deliver justice at scale using modern technology. I know this is not possible as our judicial system is completely rotten by corruption. But we should support this type of content to wake up our sleeping politicians to bring reforms in this system.

Any common man who has gone through any litigation in India knows what harassment it is. It is beyond my belief that this web series exist. Still people have to bear this system as they fear if they protest then they will face unwanted consequences. We can openly criticize a politician or any officer, but we never ask any questions to our unaccountable judges.
The series perfectly captures many issues existing in our judiciary system by design and shows ground reality of our courts as it is. It rightly brings forward many reforms that can be implemented to fix shortcomings of our system.

The delays in a system the way it is currently run the delays adjournment"s the legal limitless legal fees, waste of time, lack of proper documentation all this is emboldening crime and criminals. Our legal system is being used to commit crime. A system that needs to need to be run 24/7 as 'emergency services barely functioning Neither Opposition, Ruling Party nor the legal leadership themselves seem to be doing anything about it. This legal system will rot the nation and it's people's lives if not addressed in timely manner. Great effort by team to bring this issue to forefront. Hope people support this effort and further support it.

My self Dr Mukundray and I have seen this series which we had discussed in GNLU about grey area of court procedure. I m doctor ,n also did my LLB and having political family member but I choose to go in court for justice against crime about multiple issue since last 3 yeras about 138 cheque return,cyber crime, theft, violation of human rights and theft and threatening. But I have gone through very bad experience by advocate and some police officer,while some did help legaly. But this series represent dark reality of innocent person or common mango people is facing when blindly trust on judiciary system for justice .
