- No nudity. No sex is seen, but it is discussed (vaguely) a couple of times. On the Evil Karma path, a man and woman kiss passionately, and have sex offscreen.
Violence & Gore

- Gameplay usually involves superpowers used by the main character, and guns used by enemies. Attacks result in some cries of pain and small amount of blood. Some attacks result in enemies being dissolved in pieces, though it is not graphic in any way. Players are able to attack civilians, though it will results in negative karma points (it should be noted that those who want negative karma will attack civilians intentionally.
Profanity

- Damn is used quite frequently, especially in the beginning of the game.
- Small uses of words like "shit", "bitch", "asshole" and "dick".
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- A woman mentions that her and her brother used to be addicted to drugs. There are drug dealers throughout the game, which the player can kill.

- In the story mission "Quid pro Quo", when Delsin and Reggie are hanging off an edge, Reggie let's go of Delsin's hand, causing him to fall to the water, which upsets Delsin. This scene might be emotional for some players.
