"We Met on Tinder!" is a 90-second short film from 3 years ago and it stars 2016 Golden Globe winner Rachel Bloom as the female half of a duo that met on Tinder and is totally in love now. They talk about how they found each other, about mutual friends, about watching the other on a photo for the first time, about saying "I Love You" for the first time. The actors aren't bad, especially Bloom, you can see her talent, but the writing here simply was not a success. the two actors wrote this one with director Rob Mor and taking into account that no less than 3 people worked on the script of a 1.5-minute film here, this is a pretty disappointing outcome. The humor always feels forced and try-hard and there is nothing that feels natural in terms of spoof and parody in this very brief film. Clearly inferior to almost everything else Bloom has done so far. Not recommended.
