- Plenty of depictions of drug consumption, some characters smoke cigarettes, and certain characters behave suspiciously, certainly implying that they are under the influence of drugs.
- The leading antagonist is a powerful drug lord who actively distributes his production and even seems to be consuming the stuff he makes.

- Contains a scene where the antagonist shoots a living dog. The aftermath isn't shown. Definitely will be upsetting to animal lovers.
- Torture occurs throughout the runtime, where the victims scream horrifyingly as they are in pain.
- Plenty of shootouts in the movie that seem to only elevate near the conclusion, accompanied by a wide array of violence and dead bodies. This movie shouldn't be watched by kids or the faint of heart.

- One of the female characters commits suicide near the end of the movie. The camera shows her deceased body, pooling in blood.
- The dead body of a character was displayed covered in blood, as his death involves being riddled with bullets from an automatic weapon. Quite possibly the most gruesome in the movie.
- A character was bombed and killed.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- In one of the movie's most controversial scenes, a group of kids are injected with a type of drug, but the act itself is not shown. One would later died, most likely from an overdose.
- A character is shown a few times to be tormented by guilt as he hallucinates the deceased.
