On the road to the Oregon Coast, Sunshine and Kat trade shifts driving. They pass a Wendy's which is probably not haunted. There's a constant refrain of "Are we there yet?"
Sunshine and Kat finally arrive at the ocean. They're in Lincoln City, Oregon, but Kat hasn't revealed where they're staying. It's not the Lincoln City Inn, not D Sands Motel, and not the Hideaway Inn. . . .
The inn clearly has a lot of character; there are human figures, maps, old movie posters, and a lot of other eclectic stuff cluttering the lobby, halls, and rooms. And there's a lovely sun room at one end.
Kat requested their "most haunted room." Sunshine has trouble with the key to the room called "Lillian," but once they're inside, it's musty, creepy, and very cool. There's a pump organ and a Goya print on the wall, among other things.
Sunshine and Kat explore the rest of the motel: communal rooms, long hallways, peeks in the other open private rooms. Downstairs is another communal room with a lot of odd clutter.
