Here's another entertaining episode of the crime series that takes a look at infamous cases that usually involve murder. Coming shortly after the O.J. Simpson stuff, Ray Carruth was another NFL star who was accused of murder. The victim here was his pregnant girlfriend who the state said he had murdered because he didn't want to have to pay child support.
Sadly this episode ends while the trial was still going on so the verdict isn't discussed. You can do a simple Google search to find out how it ended in case you didn't know but it's too bad the episode didn't wait so that they could have gotten the reaction from some of the people interviewed. This includes Carruth's high school coach, friends of his and a mutual friend of his and the victim. For the most part this is another very good episode that once again does a very good job at explaining the case, giving the history of the suspect as well as the victim.
