- A man talks about how he "accidentally" strangled his cat to death, even though he claims he loved it very, very much.

He then proceeds to slowly mutilate the woman with a knife. The actual event is shown off screen, however she can be seen struggling and screaming, and blood can be seen in some parts.

- The movie follows a man's journey as his mind slowly unravels. He begins to blur his movie character with his own personality. It could be very unsettling to watch for some individuals.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There are certain scenes where the actresses are made to do something, such as fake an abduction, only to be actually tormented by the individual making the movie. Some of these scenes could be very distressing to some viewers.
- The scenes in which the women are tortured and/or killed are very disturbing, in that they are filmed in one take with the women screaming and pleading and the main actor remaining calm and nonchalant about what he is doing.
