Where is the value added ?
janehclark2 April 2024
This show used to be about adding value to a property. Now the rooms are judged on furniture arrangements and artwork. These items are not usually included in a house sale.

A program about adding value to a home is educational and beneficial. Arranging expensive furniture is not helpful.

Judging is way off the mark by not acknowledging real value added as in solar power installation. Demonstrating the immediate and long term benefits of solar power is extremely important. Unfortunately the judges dismissed it as less important than arranging deck chairs on a balcony. In addition to missing a real opportunity to demonstrate the use of Solar power the judges came across as being less than intelligent; or at least not informed about the need to slow climate change particularly in Florida.

The program has really deteriorated to being just pictures for a magazine photo shoot.
