City pirates pickin' through history, and pulling out treasures.
face-819-9337264 February 2014
Warning: Spoilers
Yeah this is a good show. The host is a total D-bag, but Trotter is an ace wingman, and Mia reminds me of that chick that used to date that guy from Chilliwack (the band not the city, the one that died). This show is kind of wrong, and that is the appeal. I really love the gutted buildings that they go through, gives it a Fallout vibe, and the stuff they pick is really pretty cool. These folks are like city pirates in a way crossed with pickers from any show. I really just don't know about that Sam, guy though. He is the show, but he is just hard to like. I do look forward to more though, and would recommend this to any TV junkies in need of a good fix.

Salvage City - Reality TV that is Funny, Interesting & Exciting

Warning: Spoilers
Salvage City - What a great reality TV Show! I never stopped laughing. The characters are so dynamic. There is a reason why Coffey, Trotter and Mia got a reality show. I love watching them. The premise is great. These guys take on serious-crazy risks, doing things you would never dream of and are laughing the whole time. Mia is the creative side, making these pieces into the coolest functional artwork for homes or businesses. I started watching this on Sunday's premiere and watch for three hours because I could not stop. Coffey is straight up obsessed. Trotter is the voice of reason. Mia is the creative one who keeps a constant eye on Coffee and Trotter. Coffey wears a leather jacket that was last used by "Huggy Bear" in "Starkey & Hutch." He actually owns and drives a military truck (I believe a "Duece"). He picks up Trotter, his buddy, in the middle of the night and drags him out to all these places to search for items. Coffey will risk death to get items out of places no normal human would ever go with Trotter telling him how nuts he is the entire time. Coffey and Trotter have a German Shepard they send into these places to check for vagabonds (reminds me of Sam in "I am Legend"). They drag this "trash" back to Mia and she transforms this stuff into functional commercial artwork. Incredible! Coffee sells the items at auctions they host and relives the stories about how they do the items while negotiating the price. I laughed the entire time. 10 out of 10.
