"Bathrooms" tells the story of several young people who, over the course of events, find themselves in the bathroom alone or in groups, time and again. There they discuss their lives, problems and social constellations.
Unfortunately, it is pretty hard to follow the story-line. You only get flashlight impressions of the whole and thus it becomes increasingly difficult to make sense out of it. I'm sure there's a solid idea behind the film that inspired the producers but in my eyes they celebrate it a bit too much and make it look like a movie that desperately tries to be artsy. In my opinion, if this approach is chosen, you have to deliver a solid story to keep the viewer caught in an otherwise event-less surrounding.
All in all there is some potential in this title but there is also need for a lot of improvements. If you like artsy movies with a clever idea behind them, you'll probably be able to draw something out of this one as well, otherwise I can't really recommend it.
