This film is a great show of Idaho's natural beauty all around the state. Copiously missing is any reference to potatoes. I am pretty disappointed in this omission and feel like the film would have been improved by it's inclusion. Hopefully the second film shows this.

Stunning Video Quality

This is a beautifully made documentary! I liked nearly everything about it except that the maker's Southern Idaho bias does come shining through. Having grown up in Northern Idaho (Ida) I was disappointed to see that the video was largely devoted to Southern Idaho (Ho). All that was mentioned about everything north of Lewiston was that there are"a few lakes way up there". Ouch. I thought maybe this oversight would be corrected in the Idaho Movie 2 but, sadly no.
I know that all of our trees and rugged country up there can't hold a candle to your sand dunes and sugar beet fields down south but, come on, maybe you should spend more than just a morning getting video stock up here in the panhandle!
