In the early stages Alcohol is rather funny, some good gags and a few lighter moments, however this one becomes a little more serious, and I would imagine is a little too close to home for many, including myself, guilty of drinking perhaps just a little too much. I will always applaud a sitcom when it tackles a serious subject, Mrs Brown's boys used to be wonderful for doing it.
This isn't an episode I watch often, I tend to skip it, but it is well made, and the scenes of Lee and Lucy out and about are very funny, it just makes me want to put my glass of wine down, and that's never a good idea.
