Nice documentary

A great documentary about Amazon rain forests that are disappearing mostly because of the human factor. Climate change affects them too, but they are being deforested almost without any control. People should be aware how much rain forests mean to the entire planet. Not only they produce huge amounts of oxygen, but they have vast variety of plants and animals that are worth saving and taking care of much better. I watched this movie with my girlfriend and I wish there were more people in the theater. Both of us liked the documentary and I recommend it to anyone caring for our mother nature. A great idea stands behind this movie and I wish there is more support for similar projects.

"The Rainforests Are Under Threat" is a beautiful documentary that should raise awareness about the threats facing the rainforests in Peru. The Peru rainforests are actually a part of much larger Amazon rainforests that are also called the "lungs" of our planet, because they produce more than 25% of all the oxygen. The movie talks about the climate change, uncontrolled deforestation, gold miners, air pollution that all affects the rainforests in a very negative way. Those forests are a real treasure of our planet and we should do everything we can to protect it. There should be more movies like this one and I highly recommend it to anyone carrying about our mother Earth. 10 stars from me, well deserved!!!

I saw this beautiful movie on the festival, in my town, and I liked it very much! First of all it is a documentary, so don't expect suspense or anything like that. Its theme is about the rainforests and how they are endangered by many factors in today's world of fast living, where everyone is trying to get profit out of everything. They are polluted, being cut down, affected by the climate change and are struggling to survive. Their existence is vital to our entire ecosystem, yet we are almost completely ignoring them. This movie should definitely be seen by a broader audience, because the rainforests can not be saved by the greedy companies, but by the common people who will learn to value and appreciate this nature's gift.
