- Throughout the film, the protagonist is seen being plagued by his dark past which stems from his biological mother sexually abusing him when he was as young as six years old. This is depicted in a prolonged verbally descriptive scene where the protagonist is implied to have been forced to pleasure his mother.
- In the same scene, the protagonist mentions that upon reaching puberty, he did engage in sexual intercourse with his mother and even admits to enjoying it. However, he later realises it is wrong and feels ashamed. These disturbing events negatively impacted him and carried over to his adulthood until he finally received psychological counseling.
- The film also contains several sexual scenes with the most impactful one showing the protagonist forcing a sex toy into the mouth of a fully nude woman who is on her hands and knees.
