- Language was on par with an 'R' rated movie. Quite a few F-words, some religious profanity such as Jesus used as a curse word, mild "bathroom" language, and b**** used toward women. Not for young children.

- At the very beginning of the series, girl is seen with a knife coming toward her, she is screaming and begging the person to stop, and you see her get poked by the knife, but not stabbed. She then is backed off of a cliff while screaming.
- In the first episode you see a young girl get hit very hard by a car, and it's pretty shocking.
- A girl gets shot by a sniper during a drug deal.
- A man is thrown off a roof and you see him hit the ground.
- A man is hanging from a tree, and you see his face close up.
- A man is shot twice in a parking garage.
- There are a number of fight scenes that aren't very gory, and are fairly short, like in a brothel.
