Obesity run amok
safenoe18 September 2017
Warning: Spoilers
This profound series focuses on three children in England (two from Leeds, one from Bradford) who are obese, fat, whatever you can call it. I really felt bad for Pavia, but it turned out that of the three she turned her life around the most by the end of episode 1, taking up horse riding and halting the weight gain.

The health experts rightly say parents need to take more responsibility for what their children eat and how they interact with social media in their bedroom, instead of eating with their family at the dinner table watching Coronation Street or Eastenders or Home and Away.

This episode is sobering and definitely required viewing for parents who think they can abdicate their parental responsibility to the government, and curiously at the same time demand the government keep its noise out of people's lives, and accusing the government of being political correct (run amok of course) and a "nanny state".
