I really like the idea of the series: people compete making homes for themselves.

Problem is - with Game of Homes this is not really the case. Judges are full of prejudices (when considering Indian family - it feels almost racist) mostly preferring depersonalized style ready for decor magazines.

They do not consider at all that competitors are making homes for THEMSELVES, for their liking and tastes. Indian family is most striking example: they like bright colors, they have kids, they trust their Indian heritage - but they almost always suffer because judges have different culture and taste.

All considered - idea is good but rules of engagement is not thought out and ruining the show.

Not really sure what you require to decide on a winner each week. Your couples take into account your advice and when they follow it they lose. The property brothers were a favorite of mine until they appeared on your show. Can't understand how you can award unfinished work even if it requires four screws. And as a parent, when there is a bathroom a child can use no matter where it is located; especially by a back door works for me. Guess your bathroom and laundry room segment was a total disappointment.

I don't have a favourite team; however I do feel a finished job is better than not and practical is always better. It is always a pleasant experience if you see people work hard to get something they have worked so hard for. I am disappointed that a feeling that the winner has already been chosen but the judging and contradiction made are coming through on your editing. Example Property Brothers saying that unfinished work should not be rewarded and it was. As a viewer I enjoyed your show up till now. All it takes is one show to come across so unfair.
