- In a flashback scene, a young man hides behind a tree and spies on a young woman and another man kissing. Then the man reaches down, beginning to lift the girl's coat and skirt, as a prelude to sexual relations. In a later scene, the young girl--his wife--informs the young man she is now pregnant after they have been trying for so long for children. It's at this point he realizes he is not the baby's father.
