The Piper's story continues.

It was always going to carry on, we were left in no doubts as to that, one question always remained, who on Earth was wearing the mask when Will was attacked?

So often after a very good series, the follow up sucks, thankfully this isn't the case here, it literally takes the baton, and runs.

Very dark, very suspenseful, quite gory, and we once again see that the writers aren't afraid to surprise us by writing out one of the main players.

We lose one dark haired, brooding Jock, and gain another.

More Screams, very good, 8/10.

And we're back

Season two hits the ground running not long after the infamous events of the previous season. All the characters returned and a few fresh faces introduced. Storyline was well developed and acting was decent.

A great premiere

This is what the show should have been in the first place. There were so many links and references to the film series that the show finally felt like it belonged in the same world.

Scream Returns with a Bang and It's Darker/Bloodier than Before Warning: Spoilers
Scream has returned and I'm excited to watch it week-by-week. 'I Know What You Did Last Summer' is proof that Scream is not messing around this season with a major character death. Now I didn't really like the character that got killed but the death was very brutal and what makes Scream a slasher-horror show. We also got a great deal of mystery involving the whole Piper-accomplice Audrey-might-be involved storyline. It was a nice way to start the mystery for this season. We also get to learn more about how these characters grew and became different people since last season's finale. You really do care about (most) of the Lakewood six (five after the episode). The new characters, I do have mixed feelings about because it seems like they are already trying to blend them together with the main characters too quickly and rushed. Emma is haunted by a seriously gory dream that's pretty gut-wrenching (not sorry). These characters relationships together are entertaining to watch (Except Emma & Kieran seem a little dull). I love how scream is playing with their audience and the episode ends with Emma screaming, her first individual scream! The rest of the season looks great and the premiere proves that we can look forward to more darkness, violence and drama this season.
