BAD SEEDS is another project from director and star Alex DiSanto, shot on digital video in Canada by what looks like a bunch of high school buddies. And this lamentable drama feels like nothing more than a high school project because it completely fails as a proper movie, amateurish in every respect but particularly in the gruelling acting.
The story is about a bunch of friends who begin to drop acid and subsequently see their lives taking a turn for the worst, with blackmail and murder rearing their ugly heads. The film was shot in a bunch of bedrooms, kitchens, and parks, and it's never convincing. It's really bad despite the best intentions, the best thing about it being the psychedelic LSD trips which are straight out of the 1960s and fun to watch.
