It's almost unwatchable. I made it through the first 30 min and then saw that it had another two hours to go. I firmly believe that the conspiracy nuts need to be debunked but this show is not way to do it. There are plenty of very solid, hour-long shows which completely debunk the conspiracy buffs, the Grassy Knoll fans, et al. Every scrap of credible evidence and all scientific evidence points right at Lee Harvey Oswald.

Doesn't break any of the hundreds of theories

Quite frankly, this is THEE worst Kennedy documentary. I will say right off the bat that I am not a believer of the lone gunman but I do give every documentary a chance even when it says theorists kie in the title. If they can make good points and even clear up a few theories for me and narrow it down, then all the better. But this documentary is just ramblings of very small insignificant parts of evidence. He avoids the most credible theories and evidence like the plague because he has nothing to use that would discredit them.

Give this a miss, he doesn't know what he's talking about

It's a must watch for any JFK conspiracy theorist.

A nice calm explanation of why people go for conspiracy theories. It follows the facts that we know and backs this up with science and logical explanations.

Also it shines a light on the sort of people who spread conspiracy theories whether that be the murder of JFK, the moon landings or on 5G and Covid 19. A bit too long but still very enjoyable. This is the film you want to send to any conspiracy friends you have.

It's annoying how stupid people are

I really really hope that Lambert makes a movie about the anti coronavirus people who won't get vaccinated. I like his approach to the subject matter. He presents the facts clearly to prove the theory wrong. And he doesn't make himself the focus. Like Michael Moore does.

I really can't get over the fact that people would much rather put time into something that's fake. The don't have proof. The have assumptions. And somehow that is more believable than the facts? Really it's just common sense. These people don't seem to have it. Stephen King has a really good theory on why people make up the conspiracies. And it's not just because they're stupid like I thought.

Spot on but too long.

Great watch! Puts science and true investigative methods before speculation and rumor. Facts are facts and this show puts that up front. Only downfall is that it is too long to hold the average viewers attention. I for one wanted more.

It was Oswald.

It was Oswald alone, read "Case closed ". Gerald Posner.

People are really willing to listen to a lie rather than do research, I used to believe the conspiracy theories but simply did honest research and changed my mind.

Good documentary.

Unpopular for the Wrong Reasons

I've always been on the fence about the JFK assassination, mostly because I don't know enough about it to really have what I would consider an educated opinion. This movie doesn't change that, my opinion is perhaps slightly more enlightened than it was before, but I do feel that this movie elucidated why some people believe in a far-reaching conspiracy as an explanation for what happened to President Kennedy.

The quote "when the legend becomes fact, print the legend" comes to my mind when thinking about why people believe in the conspiracies surrounding the assassination of JFK. In a world that is violently chaotic, where some act in monstrous ways with unknowable motives, the notion that calamity can be laid at the feet of some mysterious cabal is strangely reassuring. It EXPLAINS why things are bad when we so rarely get a coherent explanation for tragedy.

This documentary explores this and shines a much needed light on the origination of some persistent conspiracy theories, and demonstrates how they relate to the conspiracy theories around Kennedy's death. If you're capable of receiving new information and examining your own beliefs critically then you should watch this documentary.

If your identity hinges on your belief in some sort of conspiracy which is responsible for the assassination of the 35th president then you probably won't enjoy this documentary.
