- Two people were in a bed together about to take all their cloths of to have sex but were interrupted.
- A character has flashbacks from being raped in order to survive in a prison. The scene is short and in brief flashes of frames, but in a few frames female breasts and a man's chest covered in sweat are visible for a few seconds. Animal-like moaning can also be heard. The flashbacks are revisited briefly in future episodes. So far in the series, there isn't anything more graphic.
- The species Orions make a cameo at least in the first season. With their tradition of slaves who often wear very skimpy clothing, conpared to other Star Treks, the costumes featured in this show are the skimpiest borderlining on nude, but short of it.
Violence & Gore

- Repeated scenes of weapons being thrust through the bodies of victims (including blood and blood spatters) as well as severe and graphic bodily damage and sound effects.
- Most of the more extreme gory parts of the show are corpses of already dead victims.
- A character affected by PTSD often has flashbacks to their experience from being a prisoner. This includes some torture and flashes of considerably violent injuries.
Profanity

- Some uses of "fucking" and "shit", as well as milder language. Overall language is not over the top but it does occur.
- Two uses of "fuck" in the series' entirety, several uses of "shit" and "ass"

- When exploring an abandoned ship, the crew discover bodies that have been roped into pieces. This scene is very graphic and can be disturbing. Definitely not for youngish children.
