Incredibly Disappointing

Warning: Spoilers
It turns out, South Carolina is full of nazis. Who knew? Well, I guess elitist comedians who live on the coast knew. I'm so tired of the vitriol and ignorance of people who stereotype southerners based on their own misinformed viewpoints. They live in such an echo chamber, they never travel outside their little airtight bubble of virtue. They've never met southerners, but they know all about them. Well, a few hundred years ago there was slavery, so surely people who live in the south in the 21st century must still want to act like nazis. Yes, they draw that comparison.

Thank you, but I'll just watch something else. You get a 2 for this episode only because Seinfeld is the host, but even that is wearing pretty thin these days. Don't push it.

Goodbye, Seinfeld

This is the episode that sealed it for me. I'm done with Jerry Seinfeld. It turns out that there's quite a bit of sexism happening with this guy, and it came to light pretty clearly here.

I had been watching Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee up until this point with some mixed feelings. Some of the moments in the show have been really fun, and some not so much. There have been some really cool guests appearing on the show, and some really unsavory individuals as well. It's been a mix. And with that mix of an experience has been an opportunity for us viewers to see more of who Jerry Seinfeld is as a person, for better or worse. As it turns out, amidst the sharp comedic wit and observational humor is a man who harbors a lot of bigotry and likes to flaunt his extreme wealth.

Thanks but no thanks.
