Don't be fooled by the episode title. This is one of the many episode which shows us how gintama always produces to come up with a plotline which is completely irrelevant but still makes ton of sense. It follows kagura and her wanting an umbrella which looks more suitable to her gender. The story progresses and the author brings out some small but many important elements which beautifully accompanies the storyline and fleshes out kagura's character.
