Massive and Gorgeous Open World
utku_kamil_ozen21 October 2017
This is a racing game in which you will probably do little actual racing. There are about 70 different vehicles with fixed stats, that means you cannot modify them in order to make faster or more powerful. You need to win races to unlock most of these vehicles. But the real appeal of this game is its massive and gorgeous-looking open world which is roughly the size of the U.S. state of Connecticut according to Wikipedia. There are no big cities in this map, it's all nature and roads which you don't necessarily have to drive on. There is a day and night cycle that creates incredibly beautiful scenery and sunsets because of the changing light and also weather. There are flatlands, mountains, woods, lakes, etc. This is the kind of driving game you want to play to chill, so it is nothing like a Need for Speed kind of game. Having said that, some of the races and challenges are really hard and exciting: In one race, a tornado rips a barn to shreds right in front of you! There is only one negative thing worth mentioning which is the difficulty of controls. Especially on asphalt with fast motorbikes. But that is really a little issue, because it really doesn't matter much when you're driving around in open map for fun, it just makes some races difficult to pass.
