Intense emotional thriller
alteregoproductions17 November 2017
This short, but INTENSE film shows what sadly happens in many homes, and the damage that one man's addiction can cause. Losing his job, his family, and any hopes of redemption, John drinks himself into a hazy stupor of anger, sadness, and bad decisions. When he comes to, there is only one question that he can ask himself: What have I done?

If you think you've figured out the ending, you're wrong.

This short film is an unapologetically gritty ride on the downward spiral of addiction. Glenn Turney does a masterful job of showing the blind denial of the hardcore addict. Little Kenzie Pallone's torment is so convincing that all I wanted to do was hug her and tell her it'll be ok. Actress Sheri Davis was great as the long suffering mother and wife who'd just had enough. And without giving away any spoilers, I will say that the impressive first time Director Sheri Davis stays true to her roots. If you're looking for a feel good Polly Anna-ish trip, this film isn't for you. But if you dare to be immersed in the nightmare of addiction I highly recommend it.
