Often, the special ingredient behind a successful villain is a tera-jerker backstory. You can see it in My Hero Academia (Shigaraki), Naruto (Itachi Uchiha), and many other hit anime. Yet, Tite Kubo managed to create one of the biggest anime villains with absolutely no backstory.
Aizen, the slimy (and handsome) antagonist of Bleach, has conquered innumerable hearts. But how? Tite Kubo never gave him a proper backstory. No one knows why he has an evil mentality. Worst of all! You can’t even tell if you should sympathize with him or not. Turns out Kubo never gave much of an explanation for his intentions on purpose.

Japan’s Pro Heroes have proven to be useless against Shigaraki’s powerful awakening and season six ends on a suspenseful cliffhanger that recruits international reinforcements to take on this apocalyptic threat.

Jujutsu Kaisen 0
Fortnite is known for collaborating with big media franchises, especially anime series like Naruto, Dragon Ball, One Piece, My Hero Academia, etc. However, this time, fans may not be happy with the alleged Jujutsu Kaisen collaboration. While the manga world of the superhit series My Hero Academia from Mangaka Kohei Horikoshi sensei is a masterpiece in itself, fans can’t help but fall in love with its anime universe even more. Besides the characters being brought to life with utmost perfection, what makes the anime series all the better are the voice actors who perfectly deliver up to everyone’s expectations.
Kohei Horikoshi’s My Hero Academia.
In fact, as most anime fans would agree, none could do a better job voicing the fan-favorite characters than the voice actors currently employed. This stands especially true when it comes to Okamoto Nobuhiko, the actor who lent his “middle schooler type” voice to the very character that Horikoshi sensei likes “more than” even Deku, i.e. Bakugo, as the mangaka himself expressed.

As the final fight in My Hero Academia is coming to an end, Kohei Horikoshi’s magnum opus is on the way to its conclusion after entertaining fans for ten years. The recent chapter of the series revealed that the students of UA, along with some other major characters, are trying their best to take down All for One.
My Hero Academia
Chapter 421 was released on April 28, 2024, where Izuku revealed to Aizawa that after trying to rescue Shigaraki Tomura, the antagonist of My Hero Academia, he lost One for All. This means that the quirk that was given to him by All Might is no longer within him, making him quirkless once again. But after seeing his classmates, he still wants to fight him.

Truly, Kohei Horikoshi sensei has given birth to some of the best fictional projects in the manga world, both one-shot projects as well as full-blown manga series. But while all of them have garnered considerable fan approval, none comes even close to My Hero Academia, the one series that caught almost the entire manga world in a whirlwind ever since it began a decade ago.

However, as much as fans love the superhero world of Mha, Horikoshi sensei seems to have a lot of trouble keeping the saga alive. The major reason behind this isn’t a lack of creativity, but rather, something that could leave his fans utterly surprised. Yet, this problem has a cure too, and just acquiring one quirk could perhaps set the mangaka free from all such struggles!

Kohei Horikoshi sensei has done the magnificent by creating a masterpiece series like My Hero Academia from a figment of his imagination. But while fans love the story and feel they can relate deeply to both the story and the mangaka, what they don’t realize is that the mangaka’s personal choices are far different than theirs when it comes to his favorite characters from the saga.

As it turns out, everyone’s favorite character from the Mha storyline ‘All Might’ is not quite the favorite character of the mangaka as well, even though it was Horikoshi sensei himself who created him. In fact, the mangaka prefers one other, more “rude” character over this fan-favorite one! Yet, as surprising as it may be, the true reasoning behind his choice isn’t so non-understandable either.

Before diving into My Hero Academia Season 7 we kicked things off with four recap episodes ( My Hero Academia: Memories ). This has allowed us to reminisce about everything that’s happened so far. Thinking about the early days of Izuku Midoriya doing everything he could to prove that “Deku is the name of the hero” got me thinking about all the anime openings from the series and how they’re the perfect way to show the shift from “kid with a dream” to “kid facing the harsh realities of that dream.” To me, anime openings tell a story, working as a preview of what to expect from the series you’re about to watch. Whether it’s through the visuals or the lyrics (whether we realize it or not when we first watch it), anime openings are a big component of the anime-watching experience. Note: This article was written by Jameel Raeburn. What’s the ideal starter anime? It’s the question for every anime enthusiast who is recommending a series, or an exploratory watcher curious to dive into the world of anime for the first time. However, there’s no clear answer. While anime is thankfully more accessible than it’s ever been, there are so many characters, plots, genres and themes that you might feel overwhelmed at first glance. You may turn to friends to hopefully nudge you in the right direction, but you can get thirty conflicting answers from thirty different people. The idea of what’s the perfect starter anime has been hotly debated online. In an interview with Michael B. Jordan , the actor revealed his five anime recommendations for those who haven’t watched it before. “ One Piece , Dragon Ball , Naruto , Bleach , and Hunter x Hunter ” were his responses.

In most anime and manga series, Katsuki Bakugo would be the protagonist — he’s hot-blooded, hot-tempered and hot-headed (and technically hot-handed too). Bakugo is stubborn and headstrong and doesn’t let anything get in the way of his goals, using his natural talent to push his way through obstacles that attempt to block his path. He’s also kind of lacking in social skills and manners, being seen as rude (for good reason) by his friends and peers. On paper, all of this would make Bakugo the protagonist of My Hero Academia , but he’s not, and it's one of the series’ genius subversions. Related: My Hero Academia and the Truth About Chasing Ideals My Hero Academia subverts a lot about the shonen formula by swapping some traits of the protagonist and rival archetypes. Ranker is a popular place on the Internet where people can rank whatever they want, however, they want, and whenever they want. This is always a fan-focused ranking system and it is never officially tied to the people behind the projects in question. Recently, a large survey was organized on the site with the following description:
If you grew up reading manga, you probably have some copies of Shonen Jump laying around your house. That being said, what is the best Shonen Jump anime of all time? Some of the most famous anime of all time was once published in Shonen Jump, such as One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Gintama, and so many more massive shows. My Hero Academia Chapter 420 is out, and we can finally enjoy the full story and the preparation for the final battle against All For One. But, while this chapter did not advance the plot that much, it was a great introduction that certainly helped us prepare for the upcoming fight.
The most important moment is, of course, Deku’s return, and in this article, we are actually going to explain what happened and how Deku, who had lost his arms earlier, is now back in the game and will help his allies and friends fight against All For One in the upcoming chapters.

On top of that, anime culture is more present in the West.
