Regular Shows world building at it's finest

I always felt Regular Show had some incredible world building and lore regarding it's minor recurring characters. Just take this episode for example. We find out Gary, a character who has been on the quite often who is clearly based on David Bowie, is from a planet of David Bowie like beings called Synthos that is currently in the middle of a power struggle that is settled with a synth battle. Incredible
