- A woman is stabbed in the back with a scalpel and we see a close up of blood gushing from the wound.

- Theres a scene where Margeret is chained on a table. She is naked but you don't see any nudity only glimpse of her shoulder. She has a black cloth covering her face, We see in her point of view through the cloth that there is the devil on top of her. It is implied that he is impregnating her, Again no nudity in this scene.
Violence & Gore
- Extended medical procedures including an abortion where a woman's stomach is cut open featuring graphic closeups.
- A nun sets herself on fire and then throws herself off the building where we realized she tied a noose around her neck and kills herself. Shocking. In a later scene, the nun appears as a vision with graphic burn wounds and scarring.
- Nuns are hooded and prepared to be raped by a demon.
- There is a detailed and bloody caesarean birth scene.
- A man is hit by a truck and his body gets pinned to a building. A female tries to help him but ends up tearing his body in two at the waist, killing him. Very graphic.
- A man takes a scalpel and inserts it into a woman's stomach, slicing it open. He digs his hands into her stomach with graphic closeups. He reaches farther and pulls out a sack. He cuts the sack open revealing two babies where one of them is left for dead.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- During a childbirth scene, a demonic claw emerges from the expectant woman's vagina.
- Satanists try to burn a mother and her baby alive.
- A terrified nun has a vision of being groped by clawed hands and rubbed by a demonic phallus.
- A nun is confined to a dark room where she encounters a severely burned woman, her body and face graphically deformed. At first shown from afar then in close up as she approaches the nun while laughing. Extremely unsettling.
