Nothing special. I honestly don't expect much seeing as the last two seasons didn't particularly do it for me. The episode itself wasn't especially funny and seemed very short. I know they've cut back on episode lengths but this time I really felt how little happened in the episode.

There is still hope for this season, but less than there was before it started. No real humor so far, just silliness.

But it's not becuz they haven't had good ideas! It's just not that funny anymore! I mean they get to do whatever they want and the lines are just terrible! It use to flow so well! U never felt like a punch line was coming! But I keep on watching cause the artwork is beautiful & I still enjoy the characters I can't help it! But this episode is the first one in a long time I laughed & got really excited! It's well made of course everything is! But they all have these great haircuts and everyone is pretty much back to who they were and Pam is a Rock Monster I mean come on that's hilarious! & most importantly the writing was good it felt like the older episodes again! Not a parrot making parrot puns! (Roll Eyes)! I really hope this season stays as good as the premier!!

Super ironic title given the fact that the whole space set-up is inherently complex, but after Danger Island and Dreamland it's great to finally have all the characters get their names, general personalities, and MOST IMPORTANTLY their interpersonal dynamics and general motive (doing things as ONE TEAM, not a bunch of strangers with mixed motivations who eventually come together), even though they aren't technically the same characters (different "universe" and therefore different backstories than og Archer). Not only that, but ever since freaking season 5 (but not including season 6) I have been DONE with the whole "interconnected episodes telling one overall season arch story" B. S.. I mean come on, it's Archer, I don't want to have to have seen the last 3 episodes to understand what I'm watching. So happy to see the gang back together going on random, crazy, non-connected missions in an attempt to turn a profit. And honestly I love the sci-fi space elements, it reminds me of Final Space, which is a different and super awesome show.

This show used to just be a funny quirky and highly entertaining show but they totally lost me with this space stuff just give up or go back to what worked

So looking forward to new season. Plot disjointed, cast confusing and usual funny jokes and punch lines either absent of poorly delivered. Hope episodes get better, much better.

Better start than last years awful season. Hopefully if this is the last season we get a wrap up. We need a season of regular Archer!!!

To find out why this show used to be so special. It was character driven. It didn't matter what the gang was doing, it was funny because of the characters and interactions.

This latest installment of a theme season is the worst so far. Annoying one liners, an incomprehensible plot, and all actors mailing it in. Oh and horrible writing.

And this huge flashing red light, archers voice has become annoying. Something that seems to happen in all animated shows. The lead male becomes femine and annoying. See homer, Stan Smith, hank hill, ... in the later seasons. Just make archer like he was in the first few seasons. Confident and not so damn whiny and at times, feminine.

Oh and this other huge flashing warning light: half the first episode dominated by fart jokes.

I also miss the background detailed art. The retro cars and architecture and vending machine and stuff. I love to pause it and just take it in. All missing.
