Sweet and Funny...What More do You Want?

"Sombrerudos" (new word for me) from Sinaloa hit the big city and do it in style. This was a fun and goofy take on tough guys, being different, and what's cool and not cool. It's worth the price of admission just to see the serenade scene. There were a few misfires on casting, but the central actors pulled off this cute little movie. Brayan and his crew were a riot.

There were a few clumsy plot advances, but the film overcomes these shortcomings. Mexico City and the countryside have never looked better. If this movie doesn't put a smile on your face, you weren't paying attention.
