Ok it's a fun idea and it's animated really well.
I don't think it takes 7 minutes to tell this story though so it does drag a bit.
I like the gags with the hook hands but why would he look in the jack in the box? Is he really that stupid

Portrait of a tenatious rivalry. With a surprising end. Nice crafted, it has the virtue to be a precise portrait of the relation between brothers. The passing time makes the things less good but, always, a desire can be more dangerous than you expect.
