This film is a creative rerelease of 'Picture of Priority' from 1994, but don't let that put you off it.
So I struggled with the first 30 minutes or more. I didn't understand where the film was going and what the point of it was, but.... ... I am so glad that I stuck with it.
This movie is not a block buster, it does not have a huge budget,,... ... but what it has is a great story, a great cast of actors, and interesting themes.
There are many films based around high schools in the USA and it must be hard to come up with something fresh, but the cast do a great job and it is a film where the unpredictable plot just drew me in. Maybe I loved having a film that was not predictable from the first ten minutes or which had.
