My favourite episode so far

Warning: Spoilers
This was a wonderful episode of "Timeless", even if it was riddled with inaccuracies and things that were just a bit too unbelievable even for a fictional story - blame the writers for that one. How Anthony got to do that much damage unnoticed baffles me. How Rufus was able to understand the decades old technology and fix the problem in a matter of hours was even harder to believe. Then there's the little technical inaccuracies involving the equipment they were using, but I won't get into that because I have no plans of making this a long review. It was great in all other senses. I loved seeing the good side of Garcia Flynn - perhaps the best part of the entire episode. I loved Wyatt's FBI badge homage to Agent Mulder from "The X Files". I loved how Lucy explains the true importance of the space race in relation to international politics and the Cold War at the time. And I also loved the setting of the episode, the general plot, and, of course, how the story shines a spotlight on an unsung hero of NASA, Katherine Johnson (who was also the subject of the 2016 film "Hidden Figures"). Mostly, I loved the episode.

Aldrin in the news.
gkeith_17 December 2016
Warning: Spoilers
Armstrong and Aldrin are Rufus' heroes. In real life, Aldrin was recently rescued from the South Pole. Who knew? He had just been mentioned on this show. I did not know that Aldrin was still alive in 2016. Armstrong passed away in recent years, after spending time post-astronaut times as a college professor.

A woman saves the day. Flash forward to end or near the end of the episode. The smartest person in the building, according to Rufus, has actually done the job to save the mission. All of the geeky men look toward her in reverence. Meanwhile, in real life, I googled her and found her to have been a real person who was around 51 years old at the time of that moon mission. Also, in real life, she is still alive, at almost 100 years old. Yay. Anyway, the character and actress in this episode looks to be in her upper 30s or 40s.

Rufus knew that these so-called nerds got on his last nerve. They were using such ancient computer equipment. Almost two megabytes indeed.

When is the trio going to travel to the future? Maybe Flynn will someday find that "there is life on Mars."

Take the time to learn the hardware
martinalcock28 November 2016
In both scenes when they mount a magnetic tape on the drive it is on the wrong reel and backwards. Tapes of the day fed from the left to right, and the yellow plastic ring was to enable writing to it. It is shown quite prominently facing outward, not inward, on the right hand, not left hand, reel. They are also seen trying to load a paper tape, IBM machines of the day did not have paper tape readers, these were an peripheral device of teletype machines, used mostly by minicomputers. In the control room, when the so-called signal loss occurs, the screen is plastered with 'no signal', which only appeared on video projectors of a later era. During this so-called outage, the telemetry on the mission control consoles was alive and well.

Antony was really exist in that time
edaassasa5 February 2017
How could they return to date when Antony was really exist in that time, they said that is not possible.

Other think there is no security? a person killed and no one care, Antony is invisible, he can go out and in and no one will notice that because he is from the future?, a lot of bad thing happened in this episode, i'm a computer engineering, but when I see this computer, I said waw, this is like a tape to me, not a computer, and I need more than 4 or 5 year to understand that very old computer

And even in Marvel movie when Logan return and change the past, all people in the present forget every thing, that's the point, I think that they need to cover this issue.
