Justice is blind
Barry_Garrick31 October 2018
''Nelson and Murdock. Attorneys at law.'' It was those words that made me realise how far Matt has come form his early lawyer days. Have faith in the system and justice will prevail. Nobody is above the law. Matt never wanted to become Daredevil, but once he realised that there are men like Fisk who can throw the rulebook out the window, he knew there was no other way. In this episode, Matt gives the law one last shot but it's never that simple with Fisk. Another excellently written episode which sets up a very promising finale.

Dark return for the attorneys at law
ha77y73ad9718 November 2018
Warning: Spoilers
The beginning of the end for when Matt returns to the "civil" world. After agreeing with forget to join together and beat Fisk through the legal channels we get another stunning set piece of the marvel Netflix team! Trying to persuade Nadeem to testify against Fisk, Matt is bring him to the course house where the police decoy hasn't tricked the Kingpin. Matt and Nadeem are ambushed by the guns for hire of Fisk and have to fight there way back.

It was interesting to see Nadeem finally accept Matt and follow his instructions on where to shot through the van and hitting every target. Waves of hit men come and Matt guide both of them via the safest path and some awesome take downs before they get to the court house.

As Matt's hearing never goes away he can hear everything in the court room and finds out the law has betrayed them again. Setting out in a 'blind' rage Matt's swears to bring Fisk to justice.

The final scene of the episode is a great piece between Pointdexter and Nadeem after recording his final words Nadeem tells everything that's happened whilst his been on the Fisk task force. Coming to the realisation that after testifying against Fisk his days are number but I didn't expect it to be this episode, Dex shows up and kills him into he incomplete hole in his back garden.

What makes this series in particular so good is not just the gritty fight scenes and the cinematography but the whole character development of each character new and old.

Daredevil is stronger than ever in this episode as he battles many demons, ironically. This show has always been great but it stands tall here.

Death is the only way

Warning: Spoilers
Awesome episode. I thought these last two episodes were both going to be the climax but there's definitely more set-up here, which is fine...but if there's one thing I had to complain about this season, it is that half of it is build up. Having said that, this episode was really great and we did get a literal climax of one character, the likable Rahul Nadeem who sacrificed himself for his family, killed by the barrel of Dex's arguably naive obedience. Jay Ali did really well playing Nadeem, especially in this episode. There's one last ambitious grasp for hope when Nadeem tries to tell Dex that Fisk is manipulating him but Dex doesn't buy any of it, and it seems like he and his growing danger will be a huge part of the finale.

This all happened because of Vanessa, who requested for his death (although Fisk would've asked for the same). When she arrived at the beginning of the episode, I had a strong suspicion she had returned as a spy to get information out of Fisk, and especially later on when she is pushing Fisk to tell her the truth about his violent secrets, but clearly not after that evil decision from her.

The only way to stop Fisk now is to kill him, and Matt knows it.

No kill rule doesn't apply to Fisk, Nelson's Ideology is Flawed for this corner case
fahadmubeens11 January 2019
One thing you guys (especially the anti death penalty squad) need to understand is, the no kill works for 95% of the scenarios, but when you are dealing with sociopath like Fisk, who can't be stopped, killing him is a good option, if you stop just right there. Nadeem died, Point Dexter transformed from an FBI asset to a Fisk bodyguard, many countless good men turned to the bad side, those who turned back died.

It makes sense to kill Fisk, Fisk is vital to the story, but the point is Daredevil must try to kill him, and writer and make sure that doesn't happen so that story keeps on going like he always try to kill Daredevil but fails.

Still whom to trust ?

Warning: Spoilers
It was started great again, more that half, it was classical. (spoilers) but end was disappointing, it could have been better, it was dark, sad, unsatisfying. Now we have to see how daredevil is gonna deal fisk "his way" (obviously Fisk won't be killed)

Warning: Spoilers
It's time to try and get Nadeem to testify. The episode gets the characters through all sorts of hoops to do that, with real tension and good moral dilemmas along the way. But wait! Fisk makes it all pointless anyway. I had enjoyed this season up to this point greatly, because it didn't feel as padded as the other ones of these shows and as if it actually justified the episode count. But after twelve episodes the same point again? It's getting repetitive. The Vanessa return didn't work out as expected so that was a genuine surprise at least.

boredevil Vol 3.12

Frisk should 38 Nadeem's wife she was so loud and rude. She doesn't listen or understand What Nadeem has been going through.

For a last episode before the last episode it was not that great. It wasn't bad but lacks the suspense.

Frisk is a brilliant villain, but he has too much power. Makes for easy writing in my opinion. Still, he is a good villain.

Overall, an okay episode before the final episode of Netfrix Marvel.

My Reaction / Review for Daredevil Season 3 Episode 12 ''One Last Shot'' (S3. E12): Episode 11 was great and I gave it a rating of 9/10. Vanessa is back, that's nice. Matt wants to be a lawyer again with Foggy by his side, is that good or bad? I don't know. Can you really hurt Fisk by using the law? I don't think so. I will never understand how Vanessa loves this monster. So now Fisk wants both Nadeem and Karen dead. Did Dex steal the painting for Fisk? Damn. Wow Vanessa suggests to kill Nadeem? She is as ruthless as Fisk, both total psychos. Nadeem is dead? That sucks man, I liked the character. I knew that using the law wouldnt work. My rating is 8.8/10.

One Last Shot
bobcobb30128 December 2018
Warning: Spoilers
This show may have peaked a bit too early this season, but the episode did make us curious to see how the finale will wrap up.

The idea of Fisk being able to undermine the NYPD and FBI this way is ridiculous, but such is the world of TV.

A nice episode, one that carries on the momentum from the last one. A big twist that turns things on their head which leads to a devastating climax. Good stuff!
