The Switch: An Interview with Joe Sarno (2009)

*** (out of 4)

This here is a nice, ten-minute interview with director Joseph W. Sarno who discusses his 1974 film THE SWITCH OR HOW TO ALTER YOUR EGO. Sarno starts off talking about how the producers came to him and wanted to do a softcore film, which wasn't overly common during this era, which was full of porno. He then tells some nice stories about the production including a lot of great stuff about actress Mary Mendum who played the lead character. At just eight-minutes there's nothing here that goes into great detail but at the same time if you're a fan of the director then you're going to enjoy getting to hear from him. He tells some nice stories about the lead actress as well as a few other cast members and he appears to be quite fond of the film.
