Martha Delap directs East of England, the third episode of the first season of Nadiya's British Food Adventure, and in this episode Nadiya finds herself catching and cleaning crabs an prepares crab salad rolls which is a Vietnamese salad wrapped up in rice paper. In this episode Nadiya talked about her father's career as a chef, and what I like is how Nadiya makes the rolls outside with the sun setting and there's a nice hazy look in the atmosphere. Then Nadiya heads to Ely in Cambridgeshire (famous for Cambridge University, the rival to Oxford University in the annual yacht race) and does a tour of a potato farm.
