Didn't invite me then you will pay! Wicked and clever twisted tale.

Warning: Spoilers
"FOMO" episode 1 from season two of the "HBO" series "Room 104" is one of the better ones that entertains and twist with drama and suspense as it ends in a wicked and cruel manner. The story is that of Grace(Charlyne Yi) a young lady who along with two friends stay in a room to party and celebrate her 30th birthday. Then all changes when Grace's older sister Karen(Jennifer Lafleur) shows up unexpected. And it was revealed that clearly Grace did not invite her or want her in on the party fun! Now it will be hell to pay as Karen is one woman with fury she's not one to mess with and leave out as she's blunt and outspoken and knows how to handle her business in a wicked and sadistic way. Overall good thriller and crazy twisted episode of the series.

4 stars because I did watch It twice. I HAD to......

Season 2. Ep 1 (the 30th birthday party for little sister) It has such good beginnings. If it hadn't gone off the rails...had the party-crashing sister kept that big smile and stayed hostile but within the boundaries of believability...had it not ended that way .. But it didn't and it did end that way and I really didn't enjoy what I had just watched nor did it provoke any thoughts or new ideas. And isn't this why we watch Why I tried in watching twice but instead left wondering why I watched it once.

Very predictable

Warning: Spoilers
This episode starts off good! It sets up a story in the beginning and has good tension and suspense.. unfortunately, once the sister arrives at their party it becomes very predictable. The title "Fomo" means Fear Of Missing Out. It's when someone has anxiety and fear of missing out by not being at a party with friends or some kind of event. Most likely to do with social media. I felt like once the sister arrived, and was acting crazy, it was obvious she was going to be jealous of her sisters friends, and try to "get rid of them". I thought the ending was stupid and ruined the tension it had in the beginning. I give this 4/10 stars

Party Gone Out of Bounds once big sis shows up
dale-516492 January 2019
Warning: Spoilers
Too bad the B 52s music is so out of date , the late 70s party anthem "Party Out of bounds " would have been perfect for this chilling psychodrama . Sibling rivalries abound between "alpha dog" big sis and her little beta buddy , a pie faced half sis with a seat on the lower rung of the Young adult food chain. Lil sis has an intimate party w a couple of friends, a not too goofy looking girlfriend and their gay guy friend. As they toke and drink and dish, the trio are interrupted by an uninvited guest : Big Sister, and this chick is too much. Big, brawny, barging and brunette , she had an it-sheeting grin as she belts out her rendition of : Happy Birthday, obnoxious style. As time passes big clearly doesn't fit in, and doesn't want to. She refuses toke (judgementally), then starts running smack on the guests. You don't have to be a snowflake to feel offended by her boisterous act, she's sort of an evil Bette Midler, If you can picture that. Things devolve from there , and I agree with some other writers that it would have been better if they had kept it more realistic. The writers went for broke and Inrespect that , in some cases that doesn't really work and this is one of them .5 stars for being halfway good
