Best dubbed Bengali Version of Karz Chukana Hai.
ShitizSays2 January 2019
I saw this movie on youtube and literally thought that this was a separate movie but then I saw the songs "Jiska Naam hai Karz hai" in the movie which had Bengali words but same music and it reminded me of the movie which I have seen numerous times on Doordarshan when I was a kid and a big fan of Govinda. Trust me, for a while after watching the film I was flabbergasted to know that every actor in the film worked again to make a Bengali version of the film, it was because the lip synch was really to the point. I think rin shodh is one of the most best-dubbed versions of any film around the world. Anyways, the film is good. I have seen it much time but the film has to be sen in context of the time when it was made otherwise you won't like it. It is not a timeless classic but it belonged to an era when films like these were made. The film was a hit and that is why it was dubbed in Bengali for further distribution. Though Govinda is the antagonist of the film and main hero, the real scene stealer from the film is Kader Khan who makes the film his own by his superb acting and influential screen presence. Watch it for it is a great film from the 90s. It is not a must watch but if you are an ardent fan of Indian films, it won't hurt to see this film.
