Two psychos means twice the deranged fun
Woodyanders29 October 2019
Warning: Spoilers
1972. Notorious serial killers John Wayne Gacy (robustly played with fiendish glee by Jeremy Woodworth) and Dean Corll (a fabulously off the chain insane performance by Edward X. Young) cross bloodthirsty paths in Chicago.

Director Pete Jacelone, who also co-wrote the sick script with Young, relates the enjoyably twisted story at a constant pace, maintains a harsh and hard-hitting take-no-prisoners tone throughout, and further spices things up with a wickedly funny sense of perverse dark humor. The inspired pairing of two infamous wackos and the mutual depravity that they share with each other ensures that the warped factor gets cranked up to 10 plus, with Young and Woodworth having a total field day with their despicable characters. Eric Fleising and Scott Leighton Hale lend excellent support as the two skeevy guys who procure victims for Corll while the ever-eccentric John Link contributes a lively cameo as Charles Manson. The moments of brutal violence pack a savage kick. A deliciously depraved treat.

Sick & Depraved Only Begins to Scratch the Surface of Describing this Serial Killer Smorgasbord of Licentiousness !

Serial Killers come & go ; But a Great Tale about them lives Forever ! Edward X. Young Spearheads this Wild Farce , with his incredible gestures & mannerisms , his physical presence , & his broad Comedic Talents ! He portrays 'Dean Corli' , a Born & Raised Texan who Raped , Tortured , & Murdered Teen-Age Boys & Young Men . He was also known as 'The Candy Man' because he & his family once owned a Candy Store & he would Distribute Free Candy ! The 'Killer Clown' named 'Pogo' was the alter-ego of the other Serial Killer 'John Wayne Gacy' , who was played by Jeremy Woodworth . Jeremy masterfully engulfed this Role , with his quiet & shy demeanor , turning into the treacherously insidious agressor , with the Giggle & Gaggles of a True Clown . Heck , He even looks like Gacy ! Eric Fleising & Seth Leighton are particularly Lecherous as Corli's Henchmen & Murderers in their own right 'Wayne Henley' & 'David Brooks , respectively ; & in a long line of Young Men , Lovely Molly Scheader as 'Ronda' , the Lone Lady Captive throughout the Film . That Batam Artiste John Link Possibly Steals the Show as the Prickly Womanizer 'Charles Manson' , who along with his Bevy of Beautiful Young Ladies , appears throughout the Flik ! Now , A Serial Killer Movie involving Despicable Acts , Bloodshed , Shootings , & outright Murder may Not seem like a likely Conduit for Humor ; But Creator & Director Pete Jacelone manages to Work it in Nicely , with the Help of Misters Young , Woodworth , & Link ; & there's some Howlingly Funny Proceedings ! Of Special Note is the Squaring off of Corli & Gacy in a Hillariously Funny & Slightly Supernatural Swashbuckling Tour De Force ! When You're looking for your next excursion into Serial Killer Fun , Watch " The Killer Clown Meets The Candy Man " !
